JV & Varsity

Players 8th - 12th grade are eligible to play in the HVHSIHA league.

2013 birth years who are in 7th grade are eligible to play JV this year. Exceptions may be made for 7th grade goalies as well.

AHC begins practices in September. The season starts late October and runs until mid-February

Teams play 1-2 games per week, usually on the weekends but weekdays games are a possibility this season. Historically, games are usually held Friday, Saturday, or Sunday late afternoon or evening.

Varsity & JV play back to back games.

Games are played at:

• McCann Ice Arena
• Ice Time Sports Complex
• Kiwanis Ice Arena.

Practices are held at McCann Ice Arena in Poughkeepsie, NY.

2026-2027 Practice Schedule:

• September - February:
• Tuesdays 5:45pm - 6:45pm
• October - February:
• Thursdays 8:45pm - 9:45pm

We are still negotiating the ice slots with the rink, which means the Thursday slot may change.

Uniforms are ordered at a separate cost directly through a team link with Arlington Ink

AHC Merch Shop with Arlington Ink, will be open twice per season at a separate cost so you can rock your AHC merch.
